With a background in healthcare management and clinical surgical experience, Chelcy founded Devote Home Care to create something lasting: a family-led agency where professional excellence meets heartfelt service. Together, Maribel and Chelcy combined generational wisdom with modern healthcare insight to build a care model that is intentional, elevated, and relationship-centered.
